All Care Health Center's mission is to provide affordable, comprehensive, high quality healthcare to the entire community. All Care strives to provide holistic care to patients from all walks of life, including the local, under-served homeless community in Council Bluffs, IA. All Care tries to remove any existing barriers between patients and quality healthcare by providing transportation and a one-stop-shop for their medical, dental, pharmaceutical, mental health, and enrollment needs.
AllPlay Miracle Baseball League
The AllPlay Miracle Baseball League (ML) for children with disabilities believes: "Every child deserves the chance to play baseball!" AllPlay lets children with disabilities have an ideal baseball experience and play for free! Miracle League games are non-competitive games where every player gets uniforms, awards, and weekly treats. Player's may have any physical or intellectual disability. In 2018 over 400 players are playing on 26 teams in 14 games supported by hundreds of volunteers.
ALS Association Mid-America Chapter
As the preeminent ALS organization, The Association leads the way in research, local care services, public education, and public policy - giving help and hope to those facing the disease. The mission of The ALS Association is to lead the fight to treat and cure ALS through global research and nationwide advocacy, while also empowering people with Lou Gehrig's Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support.
ALS in the Heartland
ALS in the Heartland is a non-profit organization that offers unique services to ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) patients, their families, and caregivers residing in all of Nebraska and western Iowa. ALS, which is more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a motor neuron disease with no current definitive explanation of the cause, no known treatment, and no recognized cure. Upon diagnosis, ALS patients are typically given 2-5 years to live.

The American Diabetes Association of Nebraska is committed to STOP DIABETES. Our mission is to prevent & cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes through research, advocacy, and education.

Angels Among Us
Angels Among Us is a Nebraska nonprofit that financially supports families battling a pediatric cancer diagnosis. Our mission is to reduce financial burdens on the family as much as possible so that they can focus on their child. In our thirteen-year history we have assisted over 400 families with $1.6 million in support. Additionally, Angels Among Us pays bills directly to the company the family owes so that you can be sure that your donations are used responsibly.

At Ease USA
At Ease USA is committed to providing confidential trauma treatment and therapeutic support to active military, veterans and their loved ones. No one is turned away based upon an inability to pay. AEU serves as a complement to existing services offered by military and veterans organizations, with a focus on the elimination of barriers to treatment for those suffering from the effects of deployment and the uncertainty of war.
Autism Center of Nebraska, Inc.
ACN provides services and supports to nearly 200 individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Emphasis is placed on respectful interaction, choice, and individualized supports. The Art Garden, a retail boutique showcasing the creativity of persons with Autism, expands ACN's vocational services. Residential services, respite and transitional educational services are also provided.

Autism Society of Nebraska's mission is to support and advocate for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families. Members are eligible for grants and have access to local events and support networks. Since 1975, we have been committed to helping families and individuals by supporting local legislation, publishing a parents resource book, and helping plan the annual statewide Autism Conference. Birthright supports anyone experiencing an unexpected pregnancy providing help to women & men in Council Bluffs and the surrounding area for over 25 years. Our office is open 3-5 hours a day Monday - Saturday and we have a 24 hour Helpline 800-550-4900. Our services are always free, safe, caring, and confidential. We offer pregnancy tests, practical help, love, support, and hope. We believe - "It is the right of every pregnant woman to give birth and the right of every child to be born."
Bountiful Harvest is the first food co-op of it's kind in the Midwest. We are an agency of the Food Bank for the Heartland. Our co-op has members that do all the work-hold their own meetings twice a month. We have transient members that may have just lost their job and need help until they get back on their feet, to others that have handicaps, and will be members for the long term. The mission of BPR-CPR, Inc. (Benson Plant Rescue / Community Produce Rescue) is community improvement by rescuing plant goods and produce, facilitating all types of recycling, and promoting urban agriculture, horticulture, and floriculture. BPR-CPR proceeds assist the Omaha Public Library through the acquisition of children's books, iPads, and iMacs and help fund reclamation of fresh produce with redistribution to nonprofits, shelters, food pantries and low income clients.
Bridge 2 Health Clinic
Our mission is to provide free, holistic restoration of sexual health to our community. Our primary vision is to serve with compassion and dignity, following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. Our clinics are staffed by volunteers from all backgrounds, we are financially supported by local churches & private donors, and our testing supplies provided by DCHD.
The Cady Anne Reynolds (C.A.R.) Alliance for Safer Teen Driving was formed in 2008 to educate teens and adults about the disastrous and lethal effects of distracted driving. We speak at schools, businesses and safety events to both educate and to put a human face to this completely preventable cause of death and injury on the roadways.
Camp Quality Heartland
Camp Quality Heartland is a free summer camp for kids diagnosed with cancer AND their siblings. We provide year-round programs, experiences, and companionship, at no cost. Camp Quality promotes hope and inspiration while helping children foster life skills and develop their full potential. Camp Quality Heartland is 100% volunteer run and community driven.
Cancer Alliance of Nebraska
The Cancer Alliance of Nebraska (CAN), based in Omaha, Nebraska, ensures cancer patients have access to clinical trials in their communities by partnering with volunteer physicians, hospitals, and clinics across the state of Nebraska.
Canku Luta Inc. is a not for profit corporation that is located in Omaha Nebraska. The Purpose of Canku Luta is to provide holistic prevention programs for the Native American community in the Omaha urban area using traditional and culturally sensitive strategies. We provide emergency assistance to those in need of food and shelter.
