"I just wanted to pass along praise for one of your advocates. I didn't catch her name, as it was a somewhat complicated case. This victim came to us 12/5 around 7am. She was brought by squad w/ her 2 preschool children. The advocate completely took over caring for the children and kept them entertained during the exam. This allowed the victim and me to focus on the exam w/o worrying about the kids. She also took control of finding shelter and providing transportation for the victim and her kids. Could you pass along to her, how grateful I am for her invaluable assistance? All of your advocates do a wonderful job and I just wanted to express our appreciation."
