ACLU of Nebraska
For over 50 years in Nebraska, the ACLU has worked in courts, legislatures, and communities to protect the constitutional and individual rights of all people. Beyond one person, party, or side - we the people dare to create a more perfect union. The ACLU also works to extend rights to segments of our population that have traditionally been denied their rights, including people of color, women, lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender people, prisoners, and people with disabilities.

African American Empowerment Network
The Empowerment Network is a united group of residents, leaders, and organizations working to facilitate positive change in Omaha and other cities across the country. Launched in September 2006, the Network works collectively to improve the economic condition and quality of life for African-Americans, North Omaha Residents and the Greater Omaha area. The movement is a nationally recognized approach for community engagement, collaboration, capacity-building and leadership development.

Immigrant Legal Center is the former Justice For Our Neighbors-Nebraska (JFON-NE). We provide high-quality legal services, education, and advocacy to low-income immigrant individuals and families in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa. We serve immigrants of all faiths, races, abilities, and ages, with an emphasis on the most vulnerable--victims of domestic violence, children who have been abused or abandoned, and people who would be persecuted if they return to the country from which they fled.

Inclusive Communities
Inclusive Communities is a human relations organization confronting prejudice, bigotry and discrimination through educational programs that raise awareness, foster leadership and encourage advocacy for a just, respectful and inclusive society.
